Longleaf Golf & CC

Dan Maples, nationally acclaimed golf architect, designed the front nine at Longleaf in the Scottish open style with subtly rolling fairways. The back nine, in contrast, is heavily tree-lined with dramatic elevation changes. Ron Whitten of Golf Digest called Longleaf “…the most playable course in Pinehurst.” Built on the site of one of the Village of Pinehurst’s former horse training estates, Longleaf shines with Dan’s love of tradition. In fact, many of the property’s original features – the white fences, rail post and hedgerows – have all been carefully retained as a tribute to the site. Longleaf provides a round of golf to be enjoyed by everyone. Its close proximity to the heart of the Village of Pinehurst makes it a must play when staying in town. This year, put Longleaf atop your list of must play courses in the Sandhills area. You’ll be glad you did.
